Absolutely phenomenal food and service. From the moment we booked Chef Edward’s services, he immediately contacted us to make sure all our culinary and hospitality needs were addressed. He even set up a time for us to call from the U.S. just so he could make sure everything was in order prior to our arrival.
When the day finally arrived, we showed up to our beautiful AirBnb with Ed hard at work in the kitchen and the glorious smells of our dinner wafting throughout the house.
Ed immediately met us with a smile and gave us a heartfelt welcome. The table was beautifully set and we were soon seated. He expertly explained each dish and paired beverage. The scallop starter was absolutely phenomenal. The spices and heat balances so well with the scallop. Just when we didn’t think it could get any better, the beef Wellington arrived. I have traveled the world and this is without a doubt the best beef dish I have ever eaten. Our pallets were cleansed with a fantastic handmade raspberry sorbet, also expertly paired with a delicious beverage. The meal was completed with a delicious assortment of homemade macarons and salted/chocolate crisps.
To concluded, I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to be Fed by Ed! You won’t regret it!

Had a wonderful dinner for my husbands 30th and 8 friends. Eugene arrived early and set everything up and was very friendly making sure we enjoyed the experience and also ensured we didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted beautiful and suited everyone at the dinner. Communication was good and payment was easy. Well priced for the service we received. Eugene was friendly and a good laugh and made it a really relaxing enjoyable experience. Would 100% recommend

I can highly recommend James Howe. The food was delicious, presented beautifully. James and his sous chef were extremely professional and my kitchen was left lovely and clean. I would definitely have them again at any future events as would all my guests that thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I am not the kind of person that normally leaves a review, I think this is in fact only my 2nd ever but I have to say from the moment I spoke to Mr Atkins at the BBQ Smoking Fine Dining team I genuinely felt that I was in professional hands even to the point of a couple of times wondering if it was real?? I arranged a small surprise gathering at the Warren in Abersoch with the family and a couple of friends.
Mr Atkins arranged the most fabulous smoked bbq with 2 wonderful chefs and a fantastic waiter called Jack. I cannot compliment the whole service from begin to end enough. The best way of describing it was 6 star never mind 5 star!!!
Great team, fabulous food and the politeness of the whole company was utterly amazing. I will definitely be using this company again and want to 100% recommend this company to everybody.

Our chef Nick was amazing! He was professional, fast and super attentive. We encountered a problem with the oven just as the main was going to get cooked, he worked around not having an oven and still produced fantasic meals!
He made my husbands lockdown birthday perfect and I can't thank him enough!

What to get the husband who has it all?! A private chef, in the comfort of our own home, of course . A big shout out to Martin @ Convivio Dining. What a fantastic night. Excellent food, & OMG his macarons are AMAZING. Martin is highly recommended
