I would strongly recommend Mario. He made the selection process easy and was very flexible. He arrived on time and delivered an excellent 5 course dinner for 10 people. All guests enjoyed the experience. He was very personably and left the kitchen spotless when he departed. We will utilise his services again in the future.

Most importantly, the food was delicious, but Terry and his colleague were absolutely fantastic too - very friendly, professional and prompt, and the place was spotless when they left. Terry was also accommodating to our various requirements, and the pre-event organisation was very smooth.
