If I can give them 6 stars I would. Sally and Ben at Kayla's Bell Tents went above and beyond to set up a perfect tent for me and my family before our arrival. They looked at the ground and carefully selected the area where it was best to pitch the tent. My first impression when we arrived at the site and saw our tent was pure happiness after a long drive. The tent was so spacious and decorated very pretty, I felt like we had upstaged the bride 😂 I requested that we have a single bed for my daughter, who is 7 years old, and a double bed for my husband and I. The bell tent came with LED lights, comfy pillows and duvets, rugs, fun drinking glasses, a hamper basket with an extra throw and lovely decorated plants and objects. We misunderstood about the pickup time. Sally and Ben were so kindly re-organising the pickup. They gave us nothing but a sterling service. It was the best decision I made as we're not a camping people, and we don't own any gear. So it was perfect for us just to arrive and go straight to the beautiful ready-made bell tent. I cannot recommend Sally & Ben at Kayla Bell Tents enough. Their service was worth every penny.

We got the marquee up just in time for our party but it was close as there was a mix up with our job and the next (some tent poles were missing so the lads had to travel back to base to retrieve the necessary parts). No problem with anyone making a mistake. More communication would've been helpful as we didn't hear from the company when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery times the day before the party. That caused us a bit of worry but in the end everything turned out great.

I loved it!!! It was so good to chill out in the hot tub! I have hired a hot tub for Christmas and New Year for a total of 10 days. The service was excellent. Ashley contacted me soon after the booking to arrange time of delivery and pikc up. On the day of delivery he was perfectly on time. He set the hot tub and gave me clear instructions to look after it (don't worry, there is no much to do - just to put a tea spoon of chlorine a day in the water and to press a button or two!). He gave me his availability in case something would have gone wrong (everything was fine). On the collection day he was very on time too and did his job quickly. I was concerned about the temperature, but it was perfect. What a delight to be in the hot and bubbling water when outside is cold and miserable! I gave four stars for the Accuracy as the tub I have hired is advertised for four people. In my opinion four people would feel a little squashed, especially if tall and robust. Perfect for two or three especially if you like to spend some time in there and to stretch and relax. Overall, I strongly recommend it!

"I can’t fault these guys for their service as they contacted me well in advance to check the suitability of access to ensure no problems on delivery. When they arrived they saw to the whole process and sought our opinion on some key points with placement of the tub and the gazebo. They also completed the chemical test to make sure all was ok before they left. The hot tub itself is superb and have been in with friends and enjoyed the relaxing down time every day. Also been good as a taster as thinking of buying one eventually and let’s you see the practicalities of having one. So all in all very pleased with this company and would happily recommend to others."
