Very impressed by Marco. He coped admirably in the small lodge kitchen; cooking and serving the 6 of us with much attention and care. The food was excellent, with particular praise for the polenta dish. The venison and duck were cooked perfectly and the coffee creme brulee was a hit. Thank you Marco. Any Excuse went above and beyond for our celebration party. Communication beforehand was excellent. The choice for our buffet was incredible and on the day when it was laid out it looked stunning. The time and effort into preparing the food was obvious and the little touches with the children's buffet were so thoughtful. It all tasted delicious and our guests went back for seconds, thirds and fourths! We would highly recommend Any Excuse and we'll be using them again!
