Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

Both Shannon and Lee were absolutely brilliant to deal with from start to finish. The service and food was impeccable and all our clients were over the moon with this after a hard day competing at the Driffield Show. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked Nomad for a party with friends and the food was amazing. Everyone was wanting more. Oli is great to work with and served some delicious food in a casual way and we even had some left over to get stuck in again the day after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We couldn’t be happier with the service that Mark and Allevents Hog Roast provided. From the very beginning Mark was proactive in communicating with us, he produced a very reasonable quote and was able to offer additions to the hog roast should we have wanted them. On the day he arrived early and gave our 80 christening guests a yummy lunch. We are enormously grateful and recommend him highly.
