Our freshly made batter mix for sweet pancakes is based upon a traditional crêpe recipe from Brittany; prepared using free-range locally sourced eggs and vanilla to add to the whole taste experience. Our savoury crêpes are based upon a French recipe for galettes. Using a combination of buckwheat and spelt flour, they have a subtle nutty flavour which when packed with one or more of our scrumptious fillings make for a mouth-watering treat. You will be begging for the recipe!
