Our locally sourced pork is cooked low and slow for a minimum of 7 hours and regularly turned to keep it nice and juicy. All of our baps come with a choice of apple sauce and a healthy portion of stuffing and gravy with side dishes of fresh garden salad, homemade slaw, pasta salad, and potato salad or couscous. This also includes the appropriate staff and a choice of trailers or marquee setups.

What an amazing experience we had with Yana, Jose, Ellie & Ellie from Crocus Paella who catered our postponed wedding reception this weekend! The service from Oink Oink BBQ was exceptional. The pork was the best pork I have ever tasted and all our guest were raving about it. The crackling was out of this world. Chris and Saleem from Chard catering were both brilliant! Really nice guys. The food was amazing and was displayed beautifully. Everyone was very happy and there was enough food left over for lunch the next day for everyone. We will definitely be using them again.

We had ordered a Hog Roast for 50 friends and family for our 40th wedding anniversary and the quality of the meat was superb, service exceptional, I can highly recommend them. The 2 ladies were professional and couldn’t do enough to make it a happy occasion for us. Massive thank you. We had also ordered 5 vegetarian burgers but the people that they were for couldn’t come they were also much enjoyed by the partygoers.

Absolutely amazing value for money. The food was piping hot when served, there was also a very generous portion given. The choice of beef, turkey or pork and apple sausages was on our menu, but you could have a little of each if you liked. There were also bread baps that you could have with your roast or with just meat/sausages. Nothing was too much trouble. All condiments were also provided. Disposable cartons with lids…
