We had such a fantastic evening with Ed. We wanted to do something special for our parents 40th wedding anniversary and Ed exceeded our expectations. From the initial enquiry Ed was great with comms, very flexible and professional. From arrival on the night it was clear we were in safe hands - he served an amazing 3 course dinner to suit everyone’s taste and dietaries. My mum whose a real fish lover said her scallops were the best scallops she’s ever had. Ed was so friendly and we really enjoyed our evening. I would absolutely recommend him and we would love to book him again in future.

Disappointed as the chef pulled out late in the day some emergency, he did send a replacement chef, fair enough
The service was good presentation good just very disappointed with the quality of the steak, really chewy , just felt didn’t measure up to the price paid.
Also all very fast , kind of felt they were in and out as fast as they could.

The Bananaleaf team catered an amazing meal at our home for around 45 people. They set up a marquee on our drive and cooked outside. Everybody loved the Malaysian food, they were so friendly and professional and did everything they could to make the evening perfect. We will definitely use them again for a future event. Highly recommended

Chef Silvestre was very professional and cooked our group of 10 a three course meal with canapés while we were staying in a holiday cottage. Everything run smoothly, the food was lovely and we had a great evening. Would recommend the chef touch as good value for the service offered.
