We found Fabio’s details via PopTop - based on his excellent reviews to-date and after a friendly and informative phone call with Fabio, we decided to give him a try. We could not have been happier! Communication prior to the dinner via business partner Marzena was excellent, with all details explained carefully and thoroughly. Any questions we asked were answered swiftly. His food (7 course meal for 14) was absolutely superb! Each dish was beautifully presented and his creative use of herbs, spices and his methods of cooking gave each course a touch of Fabio’s originality. Fabio also explains each of his dishes, taking a huge pride in the food that he serves. With Marzena also assisting with the prep and serving, they make an awesome partnership! I highly recommend Fabio - it is easy to understand why a lot of their work is via repeat business…..we will definitely be using Fabio’s services again! Thank you for a wonderful evening Fabio and Marzena!

The food was really nice and my guest complemented it. There was an item missing from the buffet and could not get in touch with them on the day. Would have been reassuring to have someone contact me in the day and give me an estimated time they would be delivering the food. Also if they could have contacted me to let me know there would be an item missing and why and if I would like to replace it for something else. Other than that I would deffo use again.

This was a fantastic experience. Chef Csava arrived on time and dinner was served exactly when expected. The food was fabulous, we will be doing this again and would highly recommend it if you are thinking about doing it. We booked this in a holiday let cottage and Chef Csava was brilliantly prepared and the night went smoothly. Great value for money and food was really good quality.
