Brilliant service from Levels. Responsive to queries and very efficient on arrival with set-up and take down. The tent was exactly what we needed and worked really well. Only downside was we were given a 7-9am slot for set-up but they didn't actually come till midday, which was a bit frustrating - luckily not an issue for our actual event. Still would recommend!

The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing.
The guy that delivered the hot tub was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use this service again

The supplier, Installed Events, were great at communicating and answering any questions we had. The instructions for set up were really clear, as well as packaging the item to send back. I could not fault the supplier at all and would really recommend the projector and screen. We had quite a bright room and were still able to play mariokart and see everything.
One thing to remember is that you will need to buy cable cover if using this at any sort of venue (but that's just an extra tip).

Fabulous service from Lantana Events, professional and friendly with clear communication all the way. We booked the tent on short notice and everything was set up beautifully. My daughter was delighted with her sleepover/cinema tent and had a fabulous birthday.

Really easy service to use, and Joe was very easy to contact and speak to about arranging delivery and any problems. The headphones were perfect for the event, and I’ve had several people say they will be using them in the future!
