We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far! Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were soo good at explaining everything on arrival and I was really impressed with the hygiene standards. We loved the hot tub experience and would definitely recommend the company and use them again. They were also really fast at responding to emails and calls regarding drop off and pick up times x

We really enjoyed having the hot tub and this is something we will do again. Stephanie who delivered it was lovely. She gave a really through instructions and was polite professional and really nice 😊 We did find the tub took a long time to heat up fully and then when we were in we found the temperature would drop quite quickly so we would have to get out and put the cover on for a couple of hours for it to heat up again, this was disappointing as I would have expected it to stay at the same heat. But over all it was a good experience.
