He communicated early so that I knew when I was going to hear from him closer to the event date and he was accommodating with dietary requirements. This was such a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the bottles of Thai beer for my wife's birthday was an amazingly sensitive touch. It was so nice to dine at home with the children all tucked up in bed while we drank and enjoyed ourselves in the garden. Couldn't recommend this enough, LOVE Thai food, this was pure class. Very impressed by Marco. He coped admirably in the small lodge kitchen; cooking and serving the 6 of us with much attention and care. The food was excellent, with particular praise for the polenta dish. The venison and duck were cooked perfectly and the coffee creme brulee was a hit. Thank you Marco. We would definitely do this again ☺️

We had a fantastic 4-course set menu prepared by Aairon and his team. Great communication pre-meal to cater for our preferred menu, came in and executed delightful food with a smile and left the place cleaner than when it started! We really enjoyed his food which was fine dining restaurant quality. His team were very nice and happy to chat or keep out of the way as required. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks!
