It was great working with Simon. He took the stress out of everything, was punctual and efficient. The guests loved the buffet. The only suggestion I would make is to reduce the portion sizes! They were pretty big. Nothing went to waste though, we were able to pack food for the next day :)

I would like to let you know that the food delivered on 26th August for my event, by Food by Hope was exceptional, beautifully presented, extremely tasteful, with a lovely choice of dishes. Nick is also a very easy and pleasant person to deal with. We have used many caterers over the years, and he is one of the best.

Wonderfully efficient and friendly service. They managed very well in spite of having a cramped kitchen to work in, their food was delicious and excellently prepared and their service throughout was excellent. I would certainly recommend them.

Jacci was very helpful before the event. We are newbies to the catering scene, but Jacci sorted us out very well. The food she provided was very good, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed coming back for seconds. Her team knew what they were doing, and were unobtrusive when required. We would certainly recommend Marks Catering. Well done to all concerned.
