Artisan Cuisine Limited set up the hog roast very well and the Chef, Darren was friendly, polite and helpful. The roast pig and accompaniments were served on time and were excellent as was commented so by many of our guests. Darren removed the hog roast equipment and cleared up to a very good standard. Highly recommended.

The hog roast worked extremely well. Everything was very professional and the staff were both efficient and friendly. There were many glowing comments from guests on the quality of the whole outfit and on how succulent the meat was. Apparently it had been slow roasted since early morning then brought to us and finished here for an hour and a half, which gave us excellent crackling. Generous quantity too. Highly recommended.
