I booked Faraway Hideaway for a weekend in the Cotswolds. They turned up exactly when they said they would both to put the bell tent up and take it down again. The tent was lovely, just like the photos - loads of space with comfy beds, nice bedding and nice touches like lots of led candle lights, bunting; it even said the name of our camp site on a light box.

Elvis and his team were super efficient, helpful and timely. The response time was always fast and he had helpful answers to all my questions. The team was of importance in making sure my event went without a hitch and setup and pickup went smoothly.

Excellent service. Communication was great throughout. Turned up on time and set up the gazebo on our patio. Came back the next day as planned and removed it. Couldn’t ask for more. Would certainly recommend this service.

From the very first cal Charlie at PaTpees could not have been more charming and accommodating. The customer service experience is good standard and no detail was left unattended, even down to how beautifully made the beds were. The details of flowers, feathers, foam mattresses, candles etc were all sublimely perfect and my daughter was delighted. I had nothing to do or to worry about as everything was taken care of.
