Elvis always replied to my mails and messages promptly and curtiously. His service was very quick putting up and taking down. Elvis was polite, professional and friendly. I had no issues with the service at all. Unfortunately the day we chose to hold our party the recent lovely weather came to an end and rained most of the day. Marvin and his colleagues were brilliant from start to finish. They came to see the site early and advised in the best size marquee. They gave advice about site preparation. On the day they turned up really early to set up. They were clean and efficient. From start to finish we experienced nothing but professionalism and friendliness. Email correspondence between myself and Cotswold bells has been great. Really good communication and i knew what to expect and what was happening every step of the process. The event was a massive success and everyone was so happy with the service provided.
