I found Super Silent Discos to be an excellent choice for our Jubilee Event. Communication was effective and quick, the kit was all in very good order and a change to the delivery address was efficiently actioned and acknowledged. Delivery was spot on. I did report to Ryan that we we are 2handsets down according to the invoice 14 instead of 16. Also he did say he would send me a returns address too as I opted to return by the post office. Im still waiting to hear. I know people are entitled for time off but im sure there should be people to pick his emails up. Apart from that the kids had great fun and I would use the service again.

Great silent disco, everyone loved it! Really good value for money too. Only slight niggle was communication prior to event - had to chase a few times for invoice to be updated/amended as the total was incorrect. Ryan was great though, very helpful.
