Ed was wonderful from the start, reaching out to make sure everything was fine, and agreeing without any issue to do the main dish as well as a pescatarian option.
He was very pleasant to have around, and remained very professional while being approachable and friendly.
The food was, I must say, better than I expected - really delicious in fact and everybody loved it; and served in very generous portions.
The fact I literally didn't have to do anything at all was absolutely fantastic - Ed, after asking permission to open my cupboards, laid the table, prepared the food, introduced and served each dish, took the plates away and put them in the dishwasher and left the kitchen clean and tidy.
Overall, a fantastic service by a very nice chef, great food and the gift of a relaxing evening spent with my family instead of in the kitchen.

We booked the Flower Bar for a hen party on 2 April 2022 and had a really positive service. All the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile. It was very well organised, good value for money and we all absolutely loved it…I would definitely recommend it to anyone 😊

Amazing evening as reported by my dad celebrating his birthday. Sean did an incredible job with each dish, giving my parents a unique and delicious experience unlike anything they have done before. Awesome Chef!

A fabulous night. I booked the Demaine Artist for a surprise 5 course Birthday meal at home for my husband, with canapés and a cheese board. Sean arrived promptly and was able to get on with preparing the meal and dining area quickly. His food was delicious and very well presented, service was great, and it was a very special evening. Would highly recommend.

The meal was absolutely amazing and Sean is lovely, he made us all feel very comfortable as we'd never done this sort of thing before.
Portion sizes were spot on and presentation second to none.

Very professional team of chef & host who were extremely flexible in creating a bespoke menu for my husband's 40th birthday party. The food was of a fantastic standard using all locally sourced produce and I had every confidence in their delivery prior to the event due to the great level of communication. The lunch exceeded everyone's expectations. Claire & Umberto were extremely pleasant throughout the day and were always on hand to ensure the whole event went smoothly, pus cleaning up fully afterwards!"
