Ed arrived exactly when he said he would. He was really friendly and accommodating and remained so despite working in 32+ degree heat . The food was really delicious, served to our schedule and Ed took the time to explain each dish with care. When we were all very full Ed cleaned the kitchen and you would never known he'd been with us. It was such a fabulous evening, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed. Thanks so much

Tatjana was available for phone calls and able to be flexible to cater for the needs of our guests well in advance. Food was fantastic and the highlight of our hen weekend!
