Our decision to chose Richie to cater my 50th birthday party was the best decision we made! He was super helpful, organised, flexible and calm despite the appalling weather forecast. The paella was absolutely perfect and catered to all dietary requirements. Our guests commented on the quality of the food and the generous portions and also what a nice guy Richie was! Brilliant, would definitely recommend! Beautiful paella and lots of side dishes. All served to us and presented nicely. Then Liam cleared away everything at the end of the meal. He even poured our prosecco for us too :) Everyone loved it and thought it was a great idea!
