I booked Liam and his team for a 3-course meal to celebrate my 60th with my family in a holiday property in Bournemouth. There were 22 of us. Unfortunately the hired 'Bournemouth Villa' was far below expectations and I was worried Liam would have problems with the kitchen facilities. I sent him some photos and he was very upbeat and didn't flinch. The next day he arrived with his assistant Travis, and pre-prepped food, and set about producing an absolutely marvelous 3-course meal for 22, comprising 8 different starters, 7 different main courses and 5 different desserts. Every one of us agreed that each dish was excellent quality, both in taste and appearance. To achieve this in what can only be described as the pits of a kitchen is remarkable. Not only was the kitchen awful, but it was on the lower ground floor, with the dining room on the ground floor. This meant that Travis was up and down the steep stairs umpteen times delivering meals and clearing plates. Liam and Travis were very cheerful throughout the evening. They arrived promptly and then left the kitchen cleaner than we had found it on arrival. I am now trying to find another event in our calendar so I can hire them again! They will go anywhere and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone looking for quality.

Couldn’t fault the whole experience it was such a pleasure using manger the chef cooked everything fresh served it and gave us a good description of the dishes he washed up and left our kitchen spotless I will be using theese for any future parys and events that I have thank you manger for such a beautiful day

Jezz and his lovely wife Helen catered for our early Christmas dinner for 15. We were so pleased with the quality of the food and the ease of having them both around. Thank you so much for making out Christmas celebrations so special and for being so fantastic. Will definitely book again in the future.

The Frying Squad recently catered my husbands 40th. They went down a storm, they arrived early with no issues, set up in plenty of time. But most importantly the food was fantastic everyone raves about the quality and how delicious it was! Would hesitate to use them again or recommend!
