Norbert cooked an exquisite meal for 8 of us for a 70th birthday, and easily accommodated adapting the recipes to cater for vegetarian and vegans!

We found Fabio’s details via PopTop - based on his excellent reviews to-date and after a friendly and informative phone call with Fabio, we decided to give him a try. We could not have been happier!
Communication prior to the dinner via business partner Marzena was excellent, with all details explained carefully and thoroughly. Any questions we asked were answered swiftly.
His food (7 course meal for 14) was absolutely superb! Each dish was beautifully presented and his creative use of herbs, spices and his methods of cooking gave each course a touch of Fabio’s originality. Fabio also explains each of his dishes, taking a huge pride in the food that he serves.
With Marzena also assisting with the prep and serving, they make an awesome partnership!
I highly recommend Fabio - it is easy to understand why a lot of their work is via repeat business…..we will definitely be using Fabio’s services again! Thank you for a wonderful evening Fabio and Marzena!

Ed was lovely from the initial contact right through to the end. He kept in touch and asked if we needed anything. He changed the menu countless times and made sure each course was perfect for each person. After receiving some great news 3 days prior to our experience Ed changed the menu for on of the guests and it enabled them to be able to enjoy their experience also. Couldn’t recommend him more! Thank you!

Greg was an extraordinary chef and caterer. He brought everything that was needed for the event and prepared all the food in time. But most importantly, the food he prepared was delicious and of the highest quality - everyone in the event loved every dish. Greg also catered for intolerances to both lactose and gluten without compromising quality. I would hire Greg again without a second thought, and would recommend it to anyone for any event.
