Ed was a delight to have at our event. He balanced being part of the dinner party and knowing when to step away. The scallops and beef Wellington were incredible. Best Beef Wellington we have had. Everything was very easy and relaxed and ran perfectly to time. A personal thing but the more mature members of our party did feel that dessert should have been served with small plates for each diner.

We booked Chef Silvestre for my sister’s hen party and he was brilliant! The food he cooked was delicious and he was very relaxed and flexible with us about timings. He was also accommodating of different food preferences across our large group. I would definitely recommend Chef Silvestre and book him again!

Great evening with Marcus! Lots of choice for the menu and all 11 of us had a fantastic meal and evening! Fish and Chips we’re particularly great! Catered well to all in the party and felt very relaxed with him cooking in our home. Thanks Marcus and see you again soon!
