Guests watch the food being cooked and then serve themselves straight from the pans. We offer authentic food from around the world. With over 40 years of experience, we can offer virtually any recipe as we are happy to research even the most obscure foods.

With over 40 years experience in the outside and event catering business (we started when we were really 'cutting edge' because we used frozen burgers; everyone else was using tinned), we can cater in any location. We love serving a large number of guests in the middle of a field with no facilities.
