Authentic & Creative Japanese Curry Rice

The recipe is what I learned from my mother in Japan. The rice is premium Japanese (short grain and sticky), and the curry sauce is imported from Japan too. I always put some special Dashi (veggie) stock in the curry sauce. The optional toppings you see in the photos are all included in the prices. I inherit the post-war period Japanese curry rice. If you have ever had curry rice in Japan, you will surely approve of my food. Tasting is believing. Looking forward to hearing from you.
