Communication was fantastic and my guests loved the added touch of a candy floss and popcorn machine. Would highly recommend them. Couldn't fault the service if I tried! They arrived on time and had a really cute set up and we're lovely to deal with :)

I hired choc-a-lot fountains for my wedding reception. I was so busy on the night that I didn’t get to sample the delicious treats! However, several of my guests commented on how delicious it was. Best of all, they came to the venue and set up discreetly for the time agreed. They were so discreet that I had no idea they were there setting up! At the end of the night we saw that they had left several tubs of chocolate for us to take home, which was really kind of them. I would absolutely recommend choc-a-lot fountains for an event!

Would have been 5 stars but never realized that the fountain didnt come with it's own stand? A regular table was used so it lost abit of the wow factor. Thankyou tho for amazing food & service.

"I give these guys 10/10.
They arrived on time to set things up, they were easy to contact and also helped with getting thing arranged promptly. The guests were blown away with the vast choices of things to place into the chocolate fountain. This is definitely top quality stuff that they use as i have been to many events where chocolate fountains are used and this has been by far my favourite.
My overall feedback in summary.
Communication : 10/10
Price : 10/10 (its amazing how cheap it is for this level of quality and service)
Display/presentation: 10/10 (guests were blown away and used this as background to take pictures with)
Service: 10/10 (easy and simple to do business with and they completely understand what i needed)"

Very impressed with the whole package. It was great to have a vast amount of variety products to choose from. The staff on standby were very friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend this for any party. Very satisfied customer. Thank You.

"Absolutely great service from booking right up until the end of the event.
Tracey couldn't do enough for us, everyone at our event said how fabulous it was (we had 2 chocolate fountains), both kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it.
Tracey wanted to meet with me at the venue before the event night to go through things which was lovely, and puts your mind at ease knowing that your supplier has been to the venue and has spoken to venue staff about all the details I would have forgotten about!
If you want a supplier that will ensure everything goes smoothly and wow your guests - 100% get in touch, couldn't reccomend enough."
