Our guests loved the food. It was delicious with plenty to go round. We appreciated having 3 options of paella for our guests, this meant we were able to cater to everyone’s dietary needs. Steve arrived promptly and was communicative in the lead up to the event. Someone from our partying is already inquiring about him for her party.

Brilliant, would definitely recommend! Beautiful paella and lots of side dishes. All served to us and presented nicely. Then Liam cleared away everything at the end of the meal. He even poured our prosecco for us too :) Everyone loved it and thought it was a great idea!

I booked 'Man with a Pan' for my 50th Birthday party. I could not fault them from start to finish and the food itself was absolutely delicious! They set up in the perfect spot in the garden and it all looked very professional. They were very easy going, chatty and friendly. Not only did they serve the canapes but were also happy to serve the drinks and keep everyone nicely topped up. The food itself was ready at exactly the right time and served piping hot from the pans. The choices I gave the guests were paella and boeuf bourguignon. All the guests commented on how delicious the food was and seconds was positively encouraged! They cleared up all the mess and left no trace at all. Many asked for their cards and said they would certainly use them again or recommend to other friends.

"Great event ! The food from our selected menu was tasty and well liked by everyone, so top marks on that score. There was enough variety to keep younger and older tastes alike interested, though having slightly fewer fishcakes and a few more burgers or sausages might have been a good trade-off as a couple of people missed those. Setup and tear-down were both very smooth and straightforward, and all went according to plan. I'd definitely use Atanas and Five again."

About supplier

Our grandma’s family came from a little-known rural area in Valencia called Albufera. Her paella recipe came from her great-grandma using whatever was around, typically rabbit, and chicken with veg olive oil and saffron which we use in the original recipe today.
