A wonderful meal! We booked with Chef Pat for a New Years Eve dinner for 14 people and the experience could not have been better. We also opted for canapes which was no issue for Pat. Excellent food - I recommend the beef fillet. Stellar service and good communication throughout. I would highly recommend Chef Pat and would gladly use him again. Thank you Pat for a fabulous NYE!

What a fantastic experience and meal. Greg just slotted right in to the kitchen space, he was so friendly and chatty. I couldn’t believe the amount of food and equipment that arrived.
The meal was amazing, the freshness, the flavours, presentation - top notch. With the added bonus of some chocolates and madeleine cakes for post dessert.
The only niggle is that some plates were cleared away before everyone had finished eating and the food was served really quickly, I’d have liked it more leisurely. But having said that, would I use Greg and his team again, absolutely and I’m sure if i asked the meal time to be longer then he would oblige, especially as i booked a 7pm dinner start time and he was flexible starting at 7:10 due to baby bedtimes.
The kitchen was left perfect and everyone (11 of us) all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and food.

I’m impressed with the service of the company.
The quality of food wasn’t great.
The starter was very good.
A risotto for main was not cooked and lacked the creaminess a risotto should have. Lacked seasoning and Parmesan.
A chocolate brownie for desert that tasted nice but was too powdery.
I felt a basic menu such as this should have been executed to a higher standard.

We found Fabio’s details via PopTop - based on his excellent reviews to-date and after a friendly and informative phone call with Fabio, we decided to give him a try. We could not have been happier!
Communication prior to the dinner via business partner Marzena was excellent, with all details explained carefully and thoroughly. Any questions we asked were answered swiftly.
His food (7 course meal for 14) was absolutely superb! Each dish was beautifully presented and his creative use of herbs, spices and his methods of cooking gave each course a touch of Fabio’s originality. Fabio also explains each of his dishes, taking a huge pride in the food that he serves.
With Marzena also assisting with the prep and serving, they make an awesome partnership!
I highly recommend Fabio - it is easy to understand why a lot of their work is via repeat business…..we will definitely be using Fabio’s services again! Thank you for a wonderful evening Fabio and Marzena!

Fred at Mango Hub was an absolute hero and went above and beyond to make our event special. Food was fantastic! Fred was so helpful, amenable and friendly- we wanted him to stay at the dinner party!
