The evening was fabulous. We really enjoyed the food. We also found it good value, particularly when you factor in your not paying a restaurant premium for alcohol. Chef Charlie was amazing, not just preparing food, but serving the food and paying attention to all the little details that made a great experiences for us. The tapas is great because it creates a more casual family style atmosphere. It's plenty of food though - we're still eating the delicious leftovers!

We hired Chef Fabio for a 7-course tasting menu for a group of 9, and it was an incredible experience. He was very professional and organized — everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Alistaire and the Simpli team provided a 3 course meal for 2 for an anniversary dinner during Coronavirus lockdown! From first contact Alistaire was approachable and helpful, and made some excellent menu suggestions. The booking and delivery process was straightforward. The meal itself was fantastic. The ingredients were high quality, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I would be happy to receive a meal like that in a fine dining restaurant! Alistaire provided all the needed re-heating and plating instructions - and even I (with fairly poor cooking skills!) managed to serve a restaurant quality meal. We were also provided with some extras like a card and petit fours which made the meal extra special. I would highly recommend the Simpli team and would definitely use them again for our future catering needs!
