We had a lovely driver and the booking process was very smooth. However we had booked and paid for the Bentley limo and we received a hummer limo instead which was disappointing - we also had to provide our own glasses as there wasn’t any in the limo, luckily we had disposable ones to hand.

We had a lovely time! I would highly recommend hiring a party bus from poptop. It was very easy to communicate when I had questions about the service and the provider was also very accomodating and helpful. The bus itself was brilliant and everyone had a nice time!

Highly recommended service Greg our chauffeur was on time the car was amazing so pristine even had bottles of cold water in there and little sweets we had to have a few trips around our location as some of our guests were running late and Greg was very patient and was helpful through out we had lots of amazing photos once we were at our destination over all 5 star rating many thanks for adding to our perfect day. The driver was professional and prompt. He was really personable and introduced himself. Took pictures for us and drove really smoothly. The limo was very clean and very well looked after. The mother in-law had a great time which was the main thing! I'd definitely recommend

Had an absolutely amazing experinace ! When working out the deposit before had Leah was great and kept in touch through the booking process. The party bus was fab just as expected and all the guests had an amazing time :) Mick our driver was fantastic and easy going with any stop offs required for the smokers ect. All in all had a brilliant experience with pop top and London party bus co, can’t wait to book for my 23rd next year :)
