This was a special gift for my sister’s 50th Birthday as she doesn’t live near me and I wasn’t able to see her. There was a lot of trouble getting the parcel delivered by DPD. The driver said he tried to call me but that was a lie as I had the phone with me that whole time and never missed a call. However, JK Munchies were very helpful and tried to sort it out but it was delivered a day late just as they were leaving for holiday. I haven’t been able to talk to my sister about the afternoon tea but she did send me a photo, which I’ve attached. For me this looks very disappointing as it isn’t anything like the photo on the website. It looks to me like everything is pre-packed rather than freshly made as described on your website and a freshly made delivered afternoon tea was what I was after. For me there wasn’t enough information on your website. If I had realised how far away this gift was coming from I would never have ordered, I thought I was ordering from a company local to my sister who were hand delivering a fresh afternoon tea.

This was bought as a Mother’s Day treat. Wonderful fresh selection of sandwiches and cakes. Scones were delicious. All boxed safely to protect contents. Service was 5 star. Would definitely recommend.

Chard were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I ordered the afternoon tea only 2 days before, and did not expect it to be as good as it was. We have eaten afternoon tea at the shangralia hotel in the shard, and I have to say this was better, and obviously much better value for money. Will definitely use again in the future.
