• What services do you offer?

• Do you offer a venue for the banquet?

  No

• Do you cook in the same location as the banquet?

  No

• Is it possible to adapt/modify the menu?

  Yes all menus are available prior to the event and we can discuss different flavours

• What kind of cuisine do you offer?

  Milkshakes and mocktails

• Do you offer special menus?

  All our menus are nut free and dair free although the dairy free ice cream contains coconut oil.

• Do you also offer a wedding cake?

  No

• How does the open bar work?

  At £7 per person this covers every person for whatever drinks they would like. There is a pay per drink option.

• What is included in the menu?

  Milkshakes and mocktails

• How long do you need to set up?

  30 mins to an hour

• Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

  Yes

• What experience do you have working with children?

  Yes I have worked in a soft play area and have my own children.

• Are you DBS checked?

  Yes

• Do you limit the number of children that we can invite to our child's Birthday party?

  No limit we just need to know 2 days prior to the event how many children will be attending so we can gage accordingly.

• Cancellation policy

  If cancelling 48 hours prior to the party the full amount for the goods purchased for the milkshake bar must be paid for. If cancelling 24 hours up until the party all payments must be paid this is at £7 per person for the ammount of people attending the party/ event.

• Are your face paints vegan friendly?

  Unfortunately not at the moment but we will be looking at getting some new vegan friendly ones in the near future.
