We ordered a hot tub and decorated gazebo for my sons 10th birthday! Still got it! Can’t get out of it! Delivery friendly and they explained everything really well and were so nice. The decorations in the gazebo were beautifully tropical and looked really lovely especially at night with the fairy lights and led lights in the tub. We’re very happy with everything so far! Can’t fault KEDA from booking to installation and pick up. Service fantastic, hot tub was immaculate condition and installation and collection was spot on. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service, however poor time keeping. Turned up a couple of hours later than they said they would but once here were efficient and problem solved all eventualities. Good quality kit and stayed super warm despite the single figure outside temperatures. Overall I would use the again.
