The supplier, Installed Events, were great at communicating and answering any questions we had. The instructions for set up were really clear, as well as packaging the item to send back. I could not fault the supplier at all and would really recommend the projector and screen. We had quite a bright room and were still able to play mariokart and see everything. One thing to remember is that you will need to buy cable cover if using this at any sort of venue (but that's just an extra tip).

The package was really well organised. The screen quality was great and everything was very easy to set up. Our WiFi isn’t great so the film buffered a bit, but it was still great. The headphones are brilliant. I’m really glad it didn’t rain - and that’s my only feedback. Is there a way of providing some sort of cover in case it rains? Otherwise, it would be a real waste of money to pay and then not be able to use the screen!

My children and I, hired the Projector, screen and Speaker equipment to celebrate Fathers day, Andy was very helpful, courteous and professional, he set up and demonstrated how to use the equipment, also left a spare projector as a backup.
