There was a problem with an incorrect timeslot that had been allocated for this, which meant we were all waiting around all afternoon for the afternoon tea to arrive after taking the day off work; only to find it had been booked in for 7pm? There was no check made on this, and it was only when I contacted FAB directly to find out how long it would be did it get sorted (they rushed through and it arrived at 5:15pm but we were working at 6pm)....not FABs fault but definitely timeslots should be checked especially with a large booking.

We had to put trust in them as we live in the North West of England but they fudge not disappoint. They kept us informed at all stages and delivered on time. Our friends stated the food was lovely and fresh and plenty of it. If I lived closer, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them for myself
