We had an amazing meal. Liam was absolutely fantastic from the very start and very accommodating of special requests for a fussy eater. The whole evening was very special the food top class and Liam went out if his way to entertain the kids with some cooking lessons. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Carl provided the joint dj and sweet cart service for our wedding. from start to finish he was amazing, very easy to deal with and always replied to any messages very quickly. was super friendly throughout and gave a real personal feel to the whole process. allowed me to choose both the sweets for the cart and the style of music to suit my requirements. was every bit as lovely on the night and because of all the friendly correspondence before hand it really felt like i had someone i knew being our dj for the evening. fantastic at what he does, all the guests and my husband and myself so impressed. cannot recommend more highly and would definitely hire again! thanks carl!

Pietro was a consummate professional chef throughout the whole time- from menu development to complete clear down. He just shrunk into the background during the meal itself to celebrate my 60th but believe me his culinary skills are exceptional. Each dish has a story to tell along with the supplier and producer themselves, and I love to tell the story while cooking and serving.

About supplier

I have been cooking for over 20 years, having started in the Royal Navy and then a stint in London working for Gordon Ramsay at Petrous under the guidance of Marcus Waring. I then came home to Southampton working for Alex Aitken at the former La Poussin.
