I booked Ellisons dining for my mums surprise 60th birthday weekend - the menu choices were very good and varied lots of different choices to suit different tastes. I chose the bruschetta, pan fried chicken, and white chocolate cheesecake for the party. David and his assistant arrived promptly and prepared the food for us, they lay the table and catered for 16 ladies, the food was absolutely outstanding, each course was so tasty, all of the ladies were over the moon with the food we were served and all said it was above 10/10. I would definitely use Ellisons dining again. Thank you so much!

We booked Ed to celebrate a special birthday in the Cotswolds and I’m very glad we did! The food was amazing and Ed explained where he’d sourced the ingredients, everything tasted top quality, especially the steaks and the chocolate torte!
Ed was great with communication both leading up to our event and on the day. Thank you for a great meal!

In-spired catering provided us with a wonderful evening of amazing food and no stress so we could enjoy family time.
They took our requests with ease, and provided alternatives to food intolerance.
The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the kitchen was immaculate afterwards. Speedy service, no waiting around and each course was hot and perfectly cooked.
I would recommend these to anyone in the Hampshire area. Fabulous from start to finish with a great price to. Thank you

Fantastic came straight on time! Really lovely present. Super tasty I just wish the sandwiches were bigger! I also didn’t see if there was a vegetarian option? It was fine because I was ordering for myself and someone else but in future I’d like to be able to get a full veggie one!

Communication from the offset was excellent- Nafi's responses were always polite and prompt. We arranged a tasting session before our event to decide our exact menu choices. They were incredibly accommodating, and willing and able to adapt to our requirements. On the day of the event itself, the team got on with everything efficiently and we barely noticed they were there. The food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Our guests are still commenting, a month later, on how much they enjoyed the buffet. We would wholeheartedly recommended Indimax Caterers and hope to hire them again, should we have another event in the future.
