Wow, amazing, professional, friendly, banter, quality. I could go on and on.Roger and Dani turned up to provide a Greek themed whole lamb roast with chicken drumsticks, roast potatoes, and all the salads, bread sauces etc. There was so much for. Pat was great to work with and he also made a night to remember with delicious food that he setup and let us have at our own pace. The only thing was a few of the details on the original booking page weren't accurate, like 30 mins before (needed 2 hours) and some other items. With that being said, would definitely recommend and book again if needed

The hog roast worked extremely well. Everything was very professional and the staff were both efficient and friendly. There were many glowing comments from guests on the quality of the whole outfit and on how succulent the meat was. Apparently it had been slow roasted since early morning then brought to us and finished here for an hour and a half, which gave us excellent crackling. Generous quantity too. Highly recommended.
