Dropped off extra mp3 to home - excellent service as didn’t know I needed one per channel.
10 headsets ran out of charge after 2 hours which was disappointing as had to start sharing.
1 channel disappeared after this so we were left with 2.

I found Sarah lovely to work with. She was very helpful and creative and totally reliable.
I found the poptop website difficult to negotiate.
I did not get notifications of her emails so missed several messages from her until I realised I had to log into the website each time to check for messages. This made communication very cumbersome.

From the start communication with the guys at super silent disco was fantastic. So quick to reply and so helpful. The equipment arrive via parcel force and was of top quality. We also rented the dog machine and two disco lights which went down a storm with our guests.
We had a blast using this kit and can’t recommend super silent discos enough! I would definitely use them again in the future!
