Stuart wowed us with his fantastic food. The starter was one of the nicest I've ever eaten and all the other dishes were super tasty and presented beautifully. If we have another event, we would definitely choose Stuart to cater for us again. He certainly provideds high quality restaurant food at home and would have no hestitation in recommending him to other people.

Booking process:
The booking process was very efficient and Ed was responsive, organised and open to any changes on the menu.
Dinner evening:
From the moment Ed arrived (early)! everything went perfectly. Ed had some great stories (especially how he got into cooking in the first place) and was very accommodative (as we had baby’s we needed to get to sleep).
Then came the food and quite simply, it was spectacular. Extremely tasty, well presented and well explained through each course.
Ed also suggested a wine pairing which was a lovely touch and added depth / flavour to each dish.
Overall I couldn’t recommend more. So much so, the Air BnB host is now adding him to the suggested itinerary for the place we were staying.

The first Chef we booked let us down only a couple of months before the event which was really disappointing. However, lucky for us we managed to get Marcus. He was so organised, flexible and friendly from start to finish. He really couldn’t do enough and worked his socks off. Everyone was really impressed with Marcus and the food he provided. I would definitely recommend!

Communication from the offset was excellent- Nafi's responses were always polite and prompt. We arranged a tasting session before our event to decide our exact menu choices. They were incredibly accommodating, and willing and able to adapt to our requirements. On the day of the event itself, the team got on with everything efficiently and we barely noticed they were there. The food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Our guests are still commenting, a month later, on how much they enjoyed the buffet. We would wholeheartedly recommended Indimax Caterers and hope to hire them again, should we have another event in the future.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! We booked Simon & his family to cater for 35 people attending a joint 30th Birthday celebration in Dorset. We chose the Caribbean menu and it was tailored to exactly suit the parties needs & budget. The food was incredible and the service was perfect. Everyone couldn't praise the food enough. Thank you all so much for your hard work despite the horrible weather conditions. We highly recommend you and will be booking you again for the next group event we arrange. Lots of happy customers :)
