Karen was incredible from start to finish. From speaking before the event to ensure everything was perfect to on the day preparing and cooking everything superbly. Karen cooked breakfast for 38 people with ease and then a full meat board buffet and Mexican bbq for evening meal. The honey sesame sausages are still being spoken about!! Sally and Dave from Thirstchoice were absolutely brilliant. They produced a wonderful meal for us and it didn't matter to them that the babies took time to settle and our time put slightly later than specified, they just fitted in beautifully. They cleared everything away afterwards and we could not have wished for a happier evening. they were both a pleasure to have around and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
