Marcus and Georgia were very professional and friendly. Marcus kept in contact prior to the evenings event The menu choices meant there was something for everyone The food was of a very high quality and very well presented 7 of the 10 guests had steak cooked in different was which Marcus managed perfectly 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and would use Marcus again should I be in his area

The experience from start to finish was exceptional and was exactly what we were after. The food and service exceeded expectations. Keir was always on hand to answer any questions on the lead up to the event, he arrived on time was friendly, curtious, tidy and efficient. Each course the presentation, textures and flavours were excellent and Keir did a great job of explaining each course and answering any questions. Portion sizes were just right and we finished the meal extremely full and satisfied. I would highly recommend Combo Cuisine for any private dining events. Thank you Keir for giving us such a fantastic experience

Greg was an extraordinary chef and caterer. He brought everything that was needed for the event and prepared all the food in time. But most importantly, the food he prepared was delicious and of the highest quality - everyone in the event loved every dish. Greg also catered for intolerances to both lactose and gluten without compromising quality. I would hire Greg again without a second thought, and would recommend it to anyone for any event.

Communication and pre event planning was excellent including wine pairing recommendations. The food was very good, ian allowed us to watch a bit as he cooked too. In particular the tomato soup with crab flakes was 😍😍, and having an assistant meant I as the host could just enjoy the fayre. All in all great, thanks!
