we used this service for our weeding in the woods and although out in the middle of nowhere the bar was able to run and as far as i was aware without a glitch. Customer service was second to non when I wanted to reschedule timings this was not an issue making the process very stress free and easy for me on my big day whilst I was distracted getting wed. The bar man we had for the day/evening was amazing, super friendly and accommodating and ensured there was no trace left behind which was important to us. As it was a small intimate event he really got involved and i hope he enjoyed his time with us as much as we did having him there with us so a big thank you :) The hole process was a dream and drinks where great and great value for money too enjoyed by all.. Thank you again will defiantly recommend and use again if we have a event where a bar is required.

Hannah was incredible throughout the planning journey and answered everything very promptly, professional and fully. On the day when they arrived to the moment they left they were exceptional! Nothing was too much to ask, the selection of drinks was faultless, they were so friendly and approachable and were just absolutely brilliant. They were a key part of our wedding and it was a joy and pleasure to have them as a part of it. I would not hesitate at all to use them again and would strongly encourage anyone to book them for any event. I cannot recommend enough!!

Service of the bar and its staff on the night was good however when it came to getting my deposit back after the event this wasn't so good. I was told I'd get my deposit back 2 weeks after event following an email I'd sent about this but I was told that they did have 30 days to process it just so I was aware, fair enough. However 30 days came and went and still no refund! I sent 5 emails over 2 months and got zero response!! I contacted poptop direct who contacted the supplier on my behalf and lo and behold I received my money 2 days later!! No apology for the delay or for the lack of contact either! Not great when I have stuck to my end of the contract paying the deposit and they haven't stuck to theirs. Also it was specifically pointed out to me that they had 30 days to pay yet still went over this time frame!
