Spencer cooked an excellent paella. We had many positive comments from our guests. The portions were good and there was enough for a few second helpings. The cost per person was reasonable in comparison to some, with no reduction in quality. I would definitely use Spanglish again.

Would 100% recommend! We had a hen party of 14 people, everyone absolutely loved it! The starter of tapas went down as a hit! Everyone tucked in before we could even get all the pictures and the paella was stunning! We then had the most delicious brownies for dessert. Brilliant value for money and would definitely recommend.

So so happy! I had the best 30th and chef Lopez completed my event perfectly! The food was amazing, super professional and they fit in perfectly around a party of 30 people. Very good with communicating and as my first time of using a private chef I had a lot of questions and they were brilliant at getting back to me. Everyone loved it! Thank you so much will definitely recommend and be using again!

Arrived on time and set up with no problems. The food was tasty and there was more than enough to go round. The feedback was positive and everyone enjoyed the meal.

Richie was so kind to us and produced a completely delicious Paella lunch. He was very flexible and didn't need anything at all, it was all very relaxed and he took himself away while we ate, and cleared up beautifully. I would definitely recommend using him and will be using The Fabulous Catering Company again. Thank you Richie!

"Stefan and the team did an amazing job at our wedding party on Saturday. Paella was provided for a 100 people and it was excellent.
