Prompt responses to questions, and when I said it was a surprise event, they were conscientious enough to call before arriving to check the coast was clear and also said they'd knock on front door rather than use Ring doorbell which could have given game away!
Very happy with quality of marquee, tables and chairs, and absolutely no fuss either in collection the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

Had to organise a 70th birthday party at short notice.
Contacted pop top on line and ordered igloo dome tent.
Able to speak to Christian the supplier who was informative and fun!
Tent sat Twelve for a birthday tea. Cosy and atmospheric!
Then six for a dinning experience in the evening.
Also spoke to Erica on the phone at poptop who again was extremely helpful.
Would highly recommend this company.
Great to be able to directly speak to people quickly and easily.

Amazing and friendly service from Viktoria including prompt responses to queries and excellent time keeping. The hire was excellent value for money. Would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Ark Events were friendly and responsive and set up the tent fine in plenty of time and came back the next day. The tent was ideal for my party and everyone had a great time

I booked this at very short notice for a birthday celebration. The team that delivered, installed and subsequently collected were professional, friendly and adhered to Covid safety arrangements. The tent was great and we were able to place 3 x6 seater benches comfortably in it.
Would definitely use this company again!!

Will recommend to friends an family. The set up was beautiful and the ladies at Teepee Glee were just lovely. My nieces and mum had the best time.
