Booked for Birthday party

We got the marquee up just in time for our party but it was close as there was a mix up with our job and the next (some tent poles were missing so the lads had to travel back to base to retrieve the necessary parts). No problem with anyone making a mistake. More communication would've been helpful as we didn't hear from the company when they were supposed to contact us regarding delivery times the day before the party. That caused us a bit of worry but in the end everything turned out great.

Our experience was incredible- from set up, to the finishing touches, the tents were absolutely incredible. The tent basically was the main event and gave my husband a really special birthday celebration :) We loved the fairy lights and the decorations. We did add floor matts and pillows as sitting on the group was quite cold. We loved loved loved the electric fire! Only area of improvement would be to have a specific time for drop off and delivery. We were expecting mid day, although I was happy to get it longer, it coming at an unexpected time caused some logistical issues, especially as it was a surprise ;) Will likely consider getting it again
