I had good communication with Chef Silvestre before the event. One of our group was a pescatarian so happily cooked a different meal to the meat eaters. Professional and on time. Food was lovely and plates were clean! Recommend.

Canapes on Friday and a fill 3 course vegetarian dinner for 18 people on Saturday.
Food was amazing and service impeccable, I would highly recommend Michael & his team.

I would recommend James to anyone. Came a long way to us arrived on time. Provided a first class meal and cleaned up afterwards. Him and Rebecca his assistant were excellent.
