Overall lovely experience, great customer service... I ordered for 3 children and 2 adults. Great care was taken with packaging and everything arrived looking wonderful! A couple of things that I would note, a couple of the sandwiches were a little hard/dry around the edges and the drink choice for the children wasn’t ideal, maybe some organic fruit juice instead of iced tea would be better? Would order again though, thank you!

The communication was excellent and I was updated on everything step by step. The food was amazing and very fresh. The cake was made specially and again, beautiful. Simone even arranged to get a bouquet and balloons for my friends 60th. We were very impressed with everything, thank you Simone and Rustique and would thoroughly recommend for any special occasion as they went above and beyond my expectations.

Excellent service was provided by Heather Shaw. I ordered afternoon tea for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding anniversary. She was so accommodating with regards to the delivery time. My daughter reported that the food was delicious, very well presented with cups, saucers, plates etc all included & they even didn’t have to wash up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in using this service again & would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you.
