Born in London, Tad, James and Dominic having grown up playing on the session circuit as accomplished musicians in their own right, and also having taught extensively in their fields, now turn their heads towards hitting stages at events around the country with a new, exciting, and vibrant sound. Their music has been described as "Ear Candy For The Gods" by Bill Barclay (Director Music at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and Guardian Columnist). I have a new venue at the moment, italian themed deli and restaurant and we currently run as a piano bar on fri and sat nights. Over the summer I'm looking at putting on various musical nights - not bands. Solo singers mainly, acoustic sets. Jazz, soul/motown etc. Nights would be sold as a sit down dinner and show.
Looking for really good singer/musicians for our saturday musical nights. We're a deli by day, piano/wine bar at night. Every friday and saturday nights we become a piano bar and I'm looking create a relaxed atmosphere, where customers can have a nice dinner, enjoy great wine and musical entertainment. If you're not available on the date requested I would be interested to see your available saturday nights from 30th July. Thanks
THIS IS A LONG-STANDING COMMUNITY SUMMER HORTICULTURAL SHOW RUNNING DURING THE DAY, WITH A JAZZ BAND PLAYING IN THE AFTERNOON. THIS YEAR -IN PLACE OF THE DINNER WE USUALLY HAVE IN THE EVENING - WE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GOOD TO RUN THE AFTERNOON ON THE VILLAGE GREEN INTO THE EVENING WITH A FULL BAR AND FOOD ON OFFER AND SOME CHILLED /LIVELY MODERN MUSIC. IF THE WEATHER'S KIND THE PERFORMERS WILL HAVE AN OUTDOOR GAZEBO BUT IF WE NEED TO TAKE COVER THERE WILL BE A LARGE MARQUEE ON SITE THAT WILL HAVE BEEN USED FOR THE DAYTIME SHOW.
Hi Eugene, I was in touch with you previously. We have the 1st of July covered now but I would need a solo/acoustic duo to play at around 3 pm on the 2nd of July and then preferably a band at 9pm, something a little livelier, pop - rocky but not too rocky if possible. Price wise we are looking at something around £300-400, we understand that bands are more expensive so we would be happy to negotiate. Thanks for your time
It's just a general BBQ but would love some surprise entertainment in my back garden! Nothing spectacular but a nice treat for my guests. I'd love some chilled acoustic Ed Sheeran, Macerick Savre covers to something more upbeat! Sing along songs etc.
Hi, My fiance and I are looking for a singer and guitarist to perform at our wedding at South Farm in Royston. Hi. i would like to find a teacher and a band who can get a group of 40/45 adults learning some Latin American dances, maybe the Salsa and the Tango, but open to ideas. I am not sure if your band(s) play for say 3 x 40/40 minute sets - or maybe you have a dance teacher who comes with an appropriate DJ? Please call me if you require further information. Thank you. Good Morning, I am looking for a couple of Bavarian Dancers ( say who can slap their Lederhosen etc.) for a Bavarian Evening say for a 20 min - 30 min spot at Maldon for a Masonic Function on Fri. 18th Nov. 2016 - can you help or know anyone please???? Bob
The first big ask was ‘please play this song that no one has ever heard of as our first dance’. And they played it perfectly. The second thing was our style of music in between live sets, we didn’t want cheese, YMCA or Dancing Queen. We wanted our favourites and current chart music and that’s what we got. The dance floor was packed all night long, the band got one of our guests to sing on stage. It was awesome having One Band there.
First of all I would like to thank you for coming to Kelly's 21st. I have had very good feedback from the guests and everyone I spoke to said they thoroughly enjoyed the steel pan music and for some it actually made their night. I would certainly recommend you should anyone ask me about steel bands. Once again thank you for entertaining us, we all had a marvellous time and enjoyed your music very much.
Thank you, guys, for finding time beforehand to rehearse with Amy, the bridegroom’s sister, who sang Elton John’s “Your Song” for the bride and groom’s 1st dance. It was beautiful and very special to have her sing their first song with accompaniment from the band. I think everyone was very moved by it (we are hoping someone filmed it but are not sure!). The dance floor was packed all evening for the ceilidh and we all had great fun – which was the intention. It was an amazing day, evening and whole weekend – we carried on the celebrations on Sunday! Thank you to Black Velvet Band for helping to make the wedding so memorable.
