We hired serving staff for our wedding reception, at first the communication was great however I asked on multiple occasions if I could get proof of their public liability insurance as requested by the wedding venue, it took a while to get it as the person whose normally in charge of this was on holiday which we understood but could have been communicated better as we kept getting told that we would receive it. On the day of the wedding, we were really pleased with the quality of service. Other than slight issues on communications, the service provided was great

I was desperate to find someone to help us with our traditional asian reception and as an immigrant with little family in the UK, I was unsure how supportive waiting staff would be. However, from the very day I contacted Richard, he has been extremely helpful. I almost didn't have to ask him to do anything. He was so proactive with his approach, prompt in responding to me queries, and very hands-on with the service. He arrived early to the event in the company of his charming mum, and they both took everything over from there, making everything go smoothly. I highly recommend SA Events for any special occasions!
