Bar Match provided an exceptional service at our wedding. Flavio was very professional, very approachable, very attentive and very respectful of us and our guests. We needed a few other services such as glassware, ice and buckets but Flavio’s expertise shon through when he recommended the best type of glassware etc, which the guests absolutely adored. Flavio was able to bring our drinks reception to life, he kept the guests glasses topped up and also made sure that we were well looked after during the brief weather change. Flavio was also very well dressed, which looked fantastic with the service. I would 100000% recommend Flavio, Bar Match and his team as they go above and beyond for their clientele. "We had Tanya and Aneesa to help for four hours at our Anniversary party of 70 or so guests. They were absolutely amazing - it was a pleasure to have them! From the minute they arrived (half an hour before the party started) they had everything under control. The met and greeted our guests, took coats, offered drinks and then kept the whole party running smoothly, offering drinks, tidying empty glasses, clearing bottles, keeping food bowls topped up etc. They were very attentive and made sure that everyone had what they needed. Several guests commented on how helpful and friendly they were. I completely relaxed and enjoyed my party, knowing that everyone was happy and had what they needed. I would definitely have them again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you ladies!"

When planning a milestone fiftieth birthday, the host relied on the expert vendor's elite staffing and private waitressing services to organise the evening with absolute precision. Arriving in crisp white shirts and black trousers well before the guests, the team reviewed the party notes and were completely "ready to hit the ground running". Drawing on high standards set from experience serving HM The King, the staff maintained a strict "Ghost Policy" regarding mobile devices, ensuring they remained entirely engaged and unobtrusive. Even when a glass shattered, the highly trained ladies stayed perfectly calm, employing their "Acoustic Management" skills to clear the hazard quietly while the host remained confident they "had everything under control". As the team gracefully brought out a spectacular red and white birthday cake adorned with fifty candles, the guests were utterly delighted by the quiet luxury of the service. The supplier provided a brilliant "Shadow Presence" throughout the home, allowing the host to relax and enjoy a truly fantastic night.
