Kassio, Bruno, Fernando and Quel did a brilliant job setting up , waiting and clearing up our buffet garden party, they were friendly , respectful, and professional at all times and were obviously well trained and experienced. They were easy to brief and showed initiative. This really helped me with the event which was a great success and flowed smoothly , without problems, despite the boiling weather. it was also a pleasure that they cleared up neatly and thoroughly afterwards. I would recommend them, they are not the cheapest service on poptop , but very reliable unlike some others. .

I booked 3 wait staff a week before my event which was an art exhibition. Having never used such a service I was a bit sceptical but I couldn’t have been more pleased! Abhisheck, Herman and Adi were superb! Very attentive, efficient and needed little to no guidance. They were also able to improvise and be creative with the food and drinks for the event. Some of my guests commented on how well mannered and attentive they all were as well, one even asked for the company name to use them at his next event. Highly recommend! I wish I had cash on me on the day as I would have given them all a tip!

We do not usually book staff for events without first having recommendations and I was anxious to do this- However Fernando and Filipe arrived early after a long drive to us in the suffolk countryside and we could not have been more delighted. We were around 60 guests for a christening, Impeccable service and professionalism throughout. Worked incredibly hard and more than happy to stay an extra hour to help. All the guests praised how helpful and attentive they were, discrete and polite at all times. Could not fault them and would thoroughly recommend, would not hesitate to book again. "I recently hired Keshia and her team from Truely Lush Events via Poptop for my wedding Reception. As soon as Keshia got in contact with me, everything was so easy. She took down everything I wanted, no job was too small. On the day, Keshia and her team turned up and immediately got stuck in to what needed to be done. This was a garden party so we had to battle the rain. They continued working the bar, handing out canapés with a smile, even with the crazy weather. What we loved about this event

When planning a milestone fiftieth birthday, the host relied on the expert vendor's elite staffing and private waitressing services to organise the evening with absolute precision. Arriving in crisp white shirts and black trousers well before the guests, the team reviewed the party notes and were completely "ready to hit the ground running". Drawing on high standards set from experience serving HM The King, the staff maintained a strict "Ghost Policy" regarding mobile devices, ensuring they remained entirely engaged and unobtrusive. Even when a glass shattered, the highly trained ladies stayed perfectly calm, employing their "Acoustic Management" skills to clear the hazard quietly while the host remained confident they "had everything under control". As the team gracefully brought out a spectacular red and white birthday cake adorned with fifty candles, the guests were utterly delighted by the quiet luxury of the service. The supplier provided a brilliant "Shadow Presence" throughout the home, allowing the host to relax and enjoy a truly fantastic night.
